We always welcome your feedback on the treatment and service you receive from us. 

 

Please take the time to leave us a google review, give us your feedback via the Fresha link you receive after checkout or by grabbing a feedback form when you are in the cabin. Every littel helps to make sure we get it right. We do however appreciate sometimes things don't quite go to plan and this information is important too.

 

As a business we are proud to be a member of the Cosmetic Redress Scheme, this enables you to know that should there be a problem we have a process in place to address this.

Whilst we are a member of the Cosmetic Redress Scheme we will always do our best to address your queries and concerns in house. 

 

Should you wish to make a complaint it can be made:

  • By telephone or in person and made verbally. In any case, a written record of the complaint that describes the issues requiring investigation, will be kept. This will be agreed with the complainant and ideally, signed. 
  • In writing either by email or by letter. This should be addressed to the manager of the clinic.
